What Does this MRI Scan Result Mean?

An MRI reading states There are some mild dorsal impression upon the thecal sac, asymmetric toward the right of midline, likely due to ligamentous hypertrophy, imaged only in the sagittal plane. Minimal disc desiccation and degenerative anterior endplate spondylosis are seen at T10-11. What does this mean?

1. The readings should be interpreted with the patient's age.
2. If the patient is say elderly, then these kind of changes are bound to occur.
3. In young or middle aged patient, these changes should be taken with caution. Patient should improve his/her posture.
